Health and Safety Responsibilities

Participation in wellness programs requires personal responsibility for your health and safety. You must disclose any health conditions, injuries, or physical limitations that may affect your ability to safely participate in activities.

We strongly recommend consulting with your healthcare provider before beginning any new exercise or wellness program. Our services are designed to complement, not replace, professional medical care.

You agree to immediately inform instructors of any discomfort, dizziness, or concerning symptoms during sessions. You have the responsibility to modify or discontinue activities as needed for your safety and wellbeing.

Program Participation Guidelines

Regular attendance and punctuality help maintain program quality and respect for other participants. If you need to miss sessions, please provide reasonable notice when possible.

Respectful behavior toward instructors and fellow participants is essential. We maintain a supportive environment free from discrimination, harassment, or disruptive behavior.

Personal devices should be used minimally during sessions to maintain focus and respect for the shared experience. Emergency communications are always acceptable.

Payment and Cancellation Policies

Payment is due at the time of service or according to your chosen membership plan. We accept various payment methods and offer flexible payment arrangements when needed.

Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours in advance when possible. We understand that health-related cancellations may occur with short notice and will work with you to reschedule appropriately.

Refund policies are designed to be fair while supporting program sustainability. Specific refund terms are provided at the time of registration and vary based on the type of service or membership selected.

Intellectual Property and Content

All content provided through our services, including instructional materials, written guides, and audio-visual resources, remains the intellectual property of Mepuxor and its instructors.

You may use provided materials for personal practice and wellness goals. Commercial use, redistribution, or reproduction of our content without explicit written permission is prohibited.

Recording of sessions or instructors without prior consent is not permitted. This protects the privacy of all participants and respects our instructors' professional rights.

Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide safe and beneficial services, participation in wellness activities involves inherent risks. You participate at your own risk and agree to hold Mepuxor harmless from any injuries or adverse effects that may occur.

Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

This limitation does not affect any rights that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

Privacy and Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Health information shared for program customization is kept confidential and used solely for providing appropriate services.

Group settings naturally involve some level of shared experience. We encourage mutual respect for privacy while fostering the supportive community environment that enhances wellness outcomes.

Dispute Resolution

We are committed to resolving any concerns or disputes amicably and efficiently. Please contact us directly to discuss any issues, as most concerns can be addressed through open communication.

If direct resolution is not possible, disputes will be handled according to applicable local laws and regulations. We prefer mediation over litigation when formal dispute resolution becomes necessary.
